This website describes our escrow services and gives general information about escrow in California. Using the site doesn’t open an escrow or make you our client. An escrow opens only with instructions signed by the parties, such as a signed purchase contract.
Estimates are estimates
The fee calculator and transfer tax figures are estimates to help you plan. They are not a quote, a Loan Estimate or a Closing Disclosure. They use our published fee schedule and the tax rates we checked on the dates shown.
Your actual figures depend on your contract, your lender, the title company, payoffs, prorations and taxes. Your escrow officer confirms the exact numbers for your file.
Not legal, tax or financial advice
Escrow is neutral. The information on this site is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice. For advice about your situation, talk with an attorney or a tax professional.
Wiring money
We will never email or text you new or changed wire instructions. Call us at (714) 962-0999, a number you look up yourself, before you wire money. Don’t rely on wiring instructions in an email or text you receive, even one that looks like it came from us.
