This policy explains what Advantage One Escrow, Inc. (“Advantage One,” “we”) collects through this website and how we use it. Information in your escrow file is also covered by the privacy notice you receive when your escrow opens. A summary of that notice appears below.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry or ask to open an escrow, we collect what you type in the form. That is usually your name, your phone number or email address, your role in the sale, the property’s city and your timing.
When you email yourself a fee estimate, we collect your email address and the estimate, including the amount you entered and the fee lines.
Our host keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request. We use them to keep the site secure and working.
The fee calculator runs in your browser. What you type there stays on your device unless you choose to email yourself the estimate.
Your browser saves your reading choices, such as larger text or less motion. It never sends those choices to us.
We don’t ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or wiring details on this website. Please don’t include them in a message.
Where your inquiry goes
When you send an inquiry or email yourself an estimate, the details are emailed to Advantage One staff so someone can answer you. We also save a copy in our leads database so no request gets lost.
Our sister company, Alliance Mutual Escrow, uses the same leads database. Each record is marked with the company it was sent to.
If you gave us an email address, you also get a confirmation email. We use your information to answer you and, if you ask, to open your escrow. We also use it to keep the site secure. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We don’t track visitors across other websites, and we don’t sell or share personal information. The site works the same way whether or not the signal is on.
How we protect information
Advantage One is a financial institution under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act because we provide real estate settlement services. We keep a written information security program to protect customer information, as federal rules require.
That program limits access to the people who need it. We encrypt customer information when it travels over the internet and when we store it. Systems that hold customer information require multi-factor sign-in. We train our staff and require our service providers to protect the information they handle.
Every page of this website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Privacy notice for escrow customers
When your escrow opens, you receive our privacy notice. This is a short summary of it. The notice you receive controls.
We collect information from you and from others involved in your sale, such as your agent and your lender. We also collect information from public records. We use it to handle your escrow.
We share it only as needed to complete the sale or loan you asked for. That can include your lender, the title company and service providers who must keep it confidential. We also share it when the law requires.
We don’t share it with other companies for their marketing. California law gives you more protection than federal law, and we follow it.
Your choices
You can ask what inquiry records we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct them or delete them where the law allows. Email info@advantageoneescrow.com or call (714) 962-0999. We will confirm who you are before we make a change.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also add a notice to our home page.
Effective date
This policy took effect in September 2026.
