Complaint policy

Last updated September 2026

If something went wrong with your escrow or with how we treated you, we want to hear about it and put it right.

How to tell us

Start with your escrow officer if you can. Many problems can be fixed quickly that way.

If you would rather talk to someone else, ask for the escrow manager. Call (714) 962-0999, email info@advantageoneescrow.com or write to Advantage One Escrow, Inc., 19671 Beach Blvd., Suite 103, Huntington Beach, CA 92648. Include your escrow number if you have one. Tell us what happened.

You can also come to the office Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What happens next

A manager reviews every complaint. We will confirm that we received yours and tell you who is handling it.

We will look into what happened, including your file and the people involved. If you ask, we will answer in writing and explain what we found and what we are doing about it.

Help in other languages

If you would like help in a language other than English, tell us and we will work to arrange it.

No retaliation

We will not treat you differently or hold up your file because you complained to us or to a regulator.

Your right to contact the regulator
